Boy Survives Fall From 3-Story Window In South Philadelphia « CBS Philly

It is that time of season again. People are opening their windows and letting the air in, but there's always the risk of children falling out! Take this story for example, this young boy fell through the window screen (which also fell out) and down three stories.

These tragic stories can be avoided by installing proper security screens. The flimsy fiber glass one can easily be torn and/or fall out. This is why Lansing Housing Products has developed their new Safety Screens made with Tough Tek Metals. LHP screens are made to prevent child falls. They have been designed in correlation with the National Association for Child Window Safety. Together LHP and the NACWS are working to eliminate these safety concerns.
